241. Declarations of Interest
Cllr Caroline Goodrick declared a non-registerable interest in relation to items 6 and 7 (Minutes 245 and 246 refer) and would withdraw from the meeting during consideration of the Items.
242. Exclusion of the Public
Resolved
That the public be excluded from the meeting during consideration of Item numbers 4 to 10 on the agenda, on the grounds that they each involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972 as amended by the Local Government (Access to Information) (Variation) Order 2006.
Members of the public were excluded from the meeting during consideration of the remaining items of business and have no right to inspect the reports,
which were considered whilst the meeting was not open to the public.
